About Scope it out

Working as a Home Inspector a need was identified to better educate buyers and offer a complete experience as they go through the process of purchasing a home.  Scope It Out was developed to bring awareness to the importance of a sewer camera inspections when purchasing due to the high cost of repairs.  After performing this service for my clients the decision was made to branch out to working with local plumbers and other home inspection companies to share a cost effective approach to helping other people and the idea to expand on that was created.  

Scope It Out is a sewer camera specialist that works with local technicians to bring a high quality service and quick response time at a reasonable cost to the consumer.  SIO provides sewer scope services only and does not have a horse in the race (we do not offer repair services).  We are solely there to identify issues and make recommendations on how to proceed.  SIO works with high quality equipment and certified trained professionals to get clients quick results that provide a complete report with narrative, photos and video.
